What to Bring
- To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, guests are kindly advised to bring the following:
- Light and comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities
- Closed-toe sports shoes are required for adventure activities
- Towel and swimwear for water attractions
- Sunscreen protection to safeguard against sun exposure
- Additional change of clothes for after water-based experiences
- Cash or credit card for optional purchases such as souvenirs, photographs, snacks, beverages, tips, or locker rental
Departure Details:
- Traveler Pickup: Hotel pickup is included for your convenience.
- Service Areas: Pickup and drop-off are available exclusively from hotels located in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, and Uvero Alto.
- Bayahibe – La Romana: A mandatory transfer supplement applies for guests staying in these areas.
- Return Information: The tour concludes with a return to the original departure point.
- Pickup Confirmation: Exact pickup time will be provided via email confirmation after booking.
- Guest Instructions: Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.

- Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
- The total duration of the tour is approximately the time from your hotel pick up until your transfer back.
- We have different shared bus schedules for your return to your hotel; it will depend on your package and the time you want to stay with us to enjoy our facilities.
- All participants must sign a disclaimer form before the tour.
- Participants up to 18 years old are eligible to drive the ATVs.
- A valid license must be shown during the check-in process. As a passenger, the minimum to be part of the activity is 1.30 mts / 4.27 ft. / 51.2 inches.
- For safety reasons, you are not allowed to take on the activities, such as cameras, cellphones, bags, or similar. Lockers are available for an extra cost of USD$6.00 (Small) or USD$9.00 (Large) for the whole day.
- Flip flops or sandals are not permitted during the activities.
- Due to security policies, some activities have restrictions by weight, height, and age of the participants.
