For those who wish to elevate their diving experience, the Enriched Air Diver course, commonly known as the Nitrox course, is a perfect gateway. By utilizing enriched air, or nitrox, divers can enjoy longer dives and deeper explorations, unlocking a whole new level of aquatic adventure.

Enriched air is a special gas mixture that contains a higher concentration of oxygen compared to regular air, which typically comprises around 21% oxygen and 79% nitrogen. In contrast, nitrox mixtures can vary in oxygen content, generally ranging from 32% to 36% oxygen, with the remainder being nitrogen.

The Enriched Air Diver course encompasses both theoretical lessons and a structured practical training component; however, it does not require actual diving.

  • Certification Details:

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive certification allowing them to dive utilizing enriched air to a maximum depth of 40 meters (130 feet).

Diving with nitrox reflects its numerous advantages for recreational divers. By allowing longer dive times, enhancing safety, and reducing fatigue, nitrox diving opens the door to a more enjoyable, immersive underwater experience.
